EPDM, eine \u00e4u\u00dferst vielseitige Dachbahn, findet Anwendung auf verschiedenen Untergr\u00fcnden. Die bemerkenswerten Eigenschaften dieses Produkts machen es zu einer erstklassigen Wahl f\u00fcr Dachkonstruktionen sowohl im Neubau als auch bei Sanierungsprojekten. Dank seiner UV- und Ozonbest\u00e4ndigkeit, seiner au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Dehnbarkeit und Weichmacherfreiheit bleibt Ihr Dach \u00fcber viele Jahrzehnte hinweg intakt. Die extreme Langlebigkeit und die problemlose Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit machen es zudem zu einer \u00e4u\u00dferst umweltfreundlichen Option.<\/p>\n

Dieses EPDM wird in Schweden hergestellt und ist in Deutschland erh\u00e4ltlich. Die Verwendung gro\u00dfer EPDM-Planen f\u00fcr Dachkonstruktionen ist seit den 60er Jahren weit verbreitet und umfasst bereits mehrere Milliarden Quadratmeter. Im Gegensatz zu Teichfolien ist EPDM als ausgewiesene Dachabdichtungsbahn anerkannt.<\/p>\n

Eine weitere herausragende Eigenschaft ist die vielf\u00e4ltige M\u00f6glichkeiten der Nahtverbindung. Dabei bezieht sich Nahtverbindung nicht nur auf die Verbindung zweier Dachbahnen, sondern auch auf Detailausf\u00fchrungen wie Durchbr\u00fcche oder Au\u00dfenecken. Die Verbindung kann entweder durch „Kaltnahtverfahren“ mit Grundierung und verschiedenen B\u00e4ndern oder durch Hei\u00dfluftschwei\u00dfen erfolgen, wodurch die Naht oder Ecke sicher mit der Bahn verschwei\u00dft wird.<\/p>\n

Die Langlebigkeit von \u00fcber 50 Jahren wurde in Studien nachgewiesen. Die Verlegung ist einfach und sicher, mit oder ohne F\u00f6n (ohne Brenner). Gro\u00dfe Planen von bis zu 2500 m\u00b2 k\u00f6nnen in einem St\u00fcck eingesetzt werden. EPDM ist f\u00fcr (Flach-)D\u00e4cher von Wohngeb\u00e4uden, Anbauten, Carports, Garagen, Hallen, Terrassen und Balkonen sowie f\u00fcr verschiedene Untergr\u00fcnde wie Holz, Bitumen, Estrich-Beton, D\u00e4mmungen und andere Altbedachungen geeignet.<\/p>\n

Die Dachbahn muss gegen Windsog gesichert werden – durch sogenannte Lagesicherung. Dies erfolgt gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils durch vollfl\u00e4chige Verklebung mit dem Untergrund. Alternativ kann die Sicherung durch Auflast (wie Terrassenbelag, Kiesel oder Begr\u00fcnung) oder durch mechanische Befestigung erfolgen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
